Board Chair: Celena Plesha currently serves as a global leader specializing in channel strategy and operations at 3M, with 15+  years’ experience leading global teams in:  acquisition and channel integration, project management, process improvement including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.  

She earned a BA in Marketing Management from Concordia University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management.  Lean Six Sigma Certified Coach

She is a St. Paul native and is married to Kevin Plesha.  They have 3 children, and they live in Woodbury, MN.
